Full Moon has been the room where Melbourne comes to mark its chapters for over fifteen years. We’re always looking for artists, apprentices and front-of-house people who treat tattooing the way we do, as art for life, drawn for the body it lives on. If that’s you, we’d love to see your work.

Here, no one squeezes every idea through one person. We match briefs to the right hands, give each piece the time it needs, and back our people to grow into the artists they want to become. Whether you’re an established resident, an apprentice ready to learn properly, or the friendly face that keeps the front of house calm, there’s a seat for the right person.

Experienced tattooers with a portfolio and a following. Bring your style, traditional, fine line, realism, blackwork, colour or lettering, and a chair, a clean space and a steady book are waiting. Casual, part-time or full guest spots welcome.
Serious about learning to tattoo the right way? We take on apprentices who can draw, who listen, and who’ll put in the hours. Show us your art, sketchbooks, flash, digital, anything, and where you want to take it.
The warm, organised person who greets every client, manages the book and keeps the studio running calm. Great with people, good with details, and genuinely into the art and the world it lives in.
Skill gets you in the door, but we’re a studio that people come back to, so who you are matters just as much as what you can draw.
